Upper part of the project is a gated complex consisting of 6 blocks, each containing four two-storey 3-bedroom properties. Upper units offer large verandas with magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea. All the blocks are equipped with lifts.

4 bedroom detached villas

Lower part of the project consists of eight detached villas, each with private swimming pool. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area and open plan kitchen/dining zone. There is also a guest WC. Upstairs there are three spacious double bedrooms, family bathroom and en-suite shower in the master bedroom. Additionally there is a lower level, which can be designed according the client’s needs (as a guest area, hobby room, office etc.)
